Peptide Cost & Supply Calculator
Plan supply and budget in one place: how long one vial lasts at your amount and frequency, how many vials a protocol needs, and what it costs per mg, per dose, per week and in total.
Optional. Adds vials needed and total cost.
Enter the amount per vial, the amount per entry and how often, or pick one of your routines.
Estimates from the numbers entered. Doesn’t count waste, spills or what stays in the syringe. VialVine doesn’t suggest amounts or schedules.

How supply and cost are calculated
- Doses per vial = amount per vial ÷ amount per dose, counting full doses only.
- Days per vial = doses per vial ÷ doses per week × 7.
- Vials needed = total doses for the period ÷ doses per vial, rounded up.
- Cost per mg = price per vial ÷ mg per vial. Cost per dose, per week and for the period follow from that.
- Example: a 10 mg vial at 2.5 mg twice a week lasts 2 weeks. 12 weeks needs 6 vials. At $60 a vial that's $6 per mg, $15 per dose and $30 per week.
Frequently asked questions
How long will a 10 mg vial last?
Divide the vial by your amount per dose for the number of full doses, then divide by how many doses you take per week. 10 mg at 2.5 mg twice a week is 4 doses, about 2 weeks.
How many vials do I need for 12 weeks?
Enter your vial size, amount per dose, doses per week and 12 weeks. The calculator rounds up so you have enough full doses, and shows what's left over.
How do I calculate cost per mg?
Price per vial ÷ mg per vial. A $60, 10 mg vial is $6 per mg.
Does it include waste?
No. It counts full doses only and doesn't account for spills, priming or what stays in the syringe, so plan a little extra.
